Naturally, when you do good to others, they will do the same thing for you. Alberto experienced the same thing, but in an unusual and surprising scenario. Some say it was coincidence, but it’s actually the Law of Attraction that made Alberto’s life better. Here’s his story.
“Hi. My name is Alberto from Madrid. I work as a flight attendant. I have four kids, two sons and two daughters, and my wife is also a flight attendant.
Being a flight attendant is tough because you seldom see your kids. Since my wife works at the same airlines as I am, we can go to different places but we can’t help to think of the kids at home. Good thing, my mom takes care of them. The pay as a flight attendant is good, but I am hoping that someday my family can have a business of our own so we can still see and guide our kids every day.
But I enjoy my job. Most of the passengers appreciate the work that we do. We assist them from their needs, even their health concerns. We make sure that they don’t leave anything unattended. One time, we had this passenger who left his mobile phone. Good thing I saw the phone and I caught him outside the airport looking for a cab. I returned the phone and he thanked me. I just told him it was a part of the job.
A week after, I went home and everyone is gone. I called my mother and she said that Lucia, our youngest daughter, is at the hospital. I quickly rushed to the hospital to check on my daughter. I cried when I learned that my 2-year old daughter has a heart condition and is in need of a heart transplant. There’s no problem with finances since we have savings. But it’s hard to find a heart at her age and there’s a long waiting list. My heart sank and I was lost. I don’t know what to do.
As soon as my wife arrived at the hospital, we were looking for ways on what to do in order to save our child. We were relieved that the doctor said that Lucia’s condition is stable but she still has to undergo an operation before she turns 10.
We tried to go to our friends who are working in the medical field and we seek advice from them. One of our friends gave us this book about Law of Attraction. I was a bit shocked knowing that a man of science gave us such a book. He just told us to read it and have faith.
As soon as I read the book, I learned that I just need to have faith, and ask the Universe the only thing that matters for our family, and that’s the safety of Lucia. We all tried to live happily and remove all the worries in our head and trust the Universe that everything will be okay. Every time we receive a blessing, we always express our gratitude.
After a year, we are still looking for a donor. Although Lucia is doing fine, we have to prepare for everything before she turns 10, and that includes an available heart. My wife is getting frustrated but I told her to trust the Universe and eventually it will give us what we are asking. Just be positive.
So we went back to the hospital to check if there’s already an available heart for Lucia. We met a new doctor and his name is Dr. Manresa. Surprisingly, he told me that he remembers me. He said that we met at the airport and I was the one who returned his mobile phone with the contacts of his patients. He said he will do everything to help Lucia and contact every resource that he has just to help us. We were so thankful to him. Although he warned us that it may take time to find one, he will do his best.
After 6 months, he found a suitable heart for Lucia. We prepared Lucia for the operation and everything went well. We were so happy that Lucia is now fine and both my wife and I took a month leave from work to take care of her.
Eventually, we resigned from work and we opened a general merchandise store instead so we can take care of our kids. As a family, we still live our life doing good to others, and doing good to ourselves. Thanks to Law of Attraction, we established a new culture to our family, and that is to live our life in a positive note.”
